There are two Production lines BOPP - Bruckner brand Name. The process capacity is about 48000 tons of products per year.

* Line 1 in WS1 has 1 BOPP film machine, 1 CPP film machine, 1 slitting machine, 1 inspection final product machine, 5 secondary slitters, 1 perforated film machine, 1 mechanical recycling unit.
* Line 2 in WS2 has 1 BOPP film machine, 1 slitting machines, 15 bag making machines, 7 folding machines, 1 mechanical recycling unit.

Plain film

DESCRIPTIONS

A non heat sealable Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene film, with one side corona treated. This film is widely used for printing, lamination in the market. Features: High gloss and good clarity, Excellent machinability, Good printability, Back treatment free, Excellent anchorage Excellent optical properties.

matt film

DESCRIPTIONS

A non-heat sealable Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene matte film, with one side corona treated (Glossy side). This film is widely used for printing, lamination in the market. Good printability, Back treatment free, good matte appearance.

Pearl film

DESCRIPTIONS

Pearl White, one-side heat sealable, 1-side Corona treated. The Corona treated side is purposedly designed for good inks adhesion and lamination adhesives bonding. Untreated side is heat sealable side with moderate COF, conventional seal initiation temperature, excellent seal strength. Over-wrap label & packaging, film sealing packaging for tissue / ice cream / cosmetics. Excellent opacity, excellent machinability, high surface gloss on non-sealable side, suitable for various printing and lamination technology.

PEVA

DESCRIPTIONS

PEVA film or polyethylene-vinyl acetate, is a blend of PE and EVA, with good flexibility and small elasticity.
